Hi Folks

I uploaded a show, a few years back
http://www.archive.org/details/jacc2004-03-07.flac16

At the time, I may have ticked a box that said to not make mp3s of the show. Do I have the ability to change this?

Thanks

-Paul

Yup, you can fix this. Click "Edit item", scroll to the bottom and check "Allow derivatives for this item". The system should create them for you within an hour.

You're likely downloading the stream (m3u file) instead of the mp3 files. Streams are computer-only since you need to have an internet connection to listen to them.

hmmm, it doesn't seem to recognize me as the owner/uploader. I don't get the edit button...

I had 2 IA accounts over the years (I hope not 3) and both of them let me post a review for this show (which I think the owner can't do) and I didn't get a "your IA item has been reviewed" email for either.

You can review your own show as the owner, but yeah, if you didn't upload the show you won't be able to edit it. Fixed it for ya - should be done within an hour or so...
